When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email, and phone number. We use them only to manage your appointment: to confirm it, to send you a cancellation link, and to contact you if something about your booking changes.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Payment is handled in person, so we never collect card details.

Your booking details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed to run the business. You can cancel any appointment using the private link in your confirmation email.
